Rod Harris has over 15 years experience in the development and delivery of management training solutions and has been a consultant for Dynamic Solutions for five years. Rod has taught extensively in most areas of management, specializing in Behavioral Interviewing, Managing Groups and Teams, Coaching, Managing Individuals, and 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
While at Siemens, Rod Harris was instrumental in creating the construct scenario for the Siemens leadership assessment and development center. He was also part of the global change management team and created the process template and subsequent training for the “Click-to-Procure” program still in place.
Rod Harris has held a variety of management positions in Customer Service, Sales, Manufacturing and Human Resources, and has worked with Siemens since 1990. Additionally, he is a certified instructor for the Franklin-Covey Leadership Program, Harvard Negotiation Skills, Behavioral Interviewing, and DiSC® Work Styles.
Rod Harris obtained a marketing degree from Colorado State University, and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
